In regards to the fuel enrichment I don't think he really did anything. NA's run rich naturally so adding more fuel would actually ruin performance. Also without a stand alone or fuel controller I don't see how he would have adjusted fuel anyway. For the idle if it doesn't drop down to around 750 rpm at operating temp you might just have to readjust the idle. I'd suggest either going to a shop, or getting yourself a manual and checking out timing, tps, and set your idle and go from there.

Enrich your fuel? check your TPS to make sure its in spec and that he didnt turn it up and down thinking it was an idle adjust.

Perfectly normal. When you start the car it should idle for 10 seconds at 2k then drop to 700-1k rpm. Thats normal idle if Your car has been running at 2k all this time and was your normal idle he messed with your idle screw on the very top of the manifold. It looks like a little flat screw and its a flathead

well whenever i start my car in the morning it goes up to 3.5k for 2-3 sec. then drops to 2k then it just stays there and i usually warm up the car and it takes a couple min and it usually stay at 2k the whole time i dont think thats normal.. i know it suppose to idle at 750-1000 rpm im just trying to make it run right and run good...
