What I never understood, is why some people argue, that this is a rotary forum, when it's not. It's an RX-7 forum. One does not mean the other. As an example, Club4ag. A forum dedicated to a series of engines, not cars. If this was a rotary forum, it would be 13bforum.com or wankel.com, or rotary.com, or something of that nature.

Just a personal pet peeve of mine...

Now can we get back to the Smash TV format?

Interesting...I don't recall Mazda ever producing a single "RX" without a rotary engine No wonder some of us are confused that this may actually be a rotary forum. But obvously its not, only in name...

Re-read the statement, I didn't say they never produced a rotary engine other than an RX, just every RX has had a rotary engine...ca-pish? But next time I go to your nephews house, we should chill...

Um, note the specific name of this forum.

RX7club.com

Justin, to follow your line of reason, then you could also argue that SevenStock is not specificely for the Wankle community because 13B, Wankle, or rotary is not in the events title. However, I dare you to find a single member of the organizing team that would say SevenStock was not created to be a Wankle specific event.

Qitech is actually right on. The RX7 was specifically made for the Wankle engine and to celebrate the Wankle engine. As this is RX7club.com, so by default this web site was also created specifically to celebrate the Wankle engine. Old school's back into this site only because they also were produced with Wankle engines.

If the site name was RXclub.com, then what Wacky confirmed would support otherwise. Why do you think an entirely separate web site was created for the V8 RX7 crowd? This specific web site is absolutely first and foremost a Wankle community site. To be more specific, I heard with my own ears from the original creator of this site it was created for the Wankle-mobile community.

Sorry Justin, but your pet peeve goes right up there with mine of how the LA Rams left town and especially having to witness Georgia Rosenblum on the podium when the Rams won the Superbowl. In both cases, it is what it is (or was what it was in my case).
