And what would everyone like to eat at Rotary Fest? If everyone just wants a BBQ type of deal then we all need to pitch in some money to buy the food with. There is no way that any one person in the group could front that much money. We are talking about feeding 100+ people.

Maybe set up a paypal account so that people going could chip in for the food now? Id say potluck, but it would be hard for us socalers to keep the food we bring from spoiling during the trip up, or alot of people would just bring sodas/utensils.

With a 70+ guest list, a few bucks a head should cover plenty of food for bbq.

What kinds of animals are were planning to cook, I dont eat pork.

 

I was thinking burgers and dogs. Some local people had mentioned bringing chicken as well. What we usually do is just take $5 a head when people show up to a meet/BBQ to pay for the food. If people would just like to put $5 a head into a paypal account then I would be more than happy to go out and buy all of the food. It would surely be the easiest way.
