Hey, i would love for your friend to come as well as ryan, and also you can come as well. I'm gonna make this a very small event just so we can see the area, and so i personally can meet the san francisco rotary community. And also Ryan will be there and we can all meet him and so forth. I'm still iffy to make this photo shoot an event so yeah.

One of the groups booked into the hotel for that weekend droped their room block. That means I have more rooms and can lower the rate being extended to Rotary Fest Attendees. The new rate is $89.00 plus tax. That is still a flat rate 1-2 beds for 1-4 people. You can make the reservation by calling the hotel directly.

Shaun, thank you for what you are doing. That is really making things easier for people who are driving in from out of town for Rotary Fest.

Kathy, that sucks that you guys can't make it. But I know just how much work it is to move. We moved from the East coast in '04 and then moved again from on base to off base in '05. But maybe things will go really smoothly and you might still have a chance to make it. Who knows?

Jon, did you find out anything about a photographer for this Thursday?

It is not required to stay two nights for the Rotary Fest rate. If people wish they can stay just Friday or Saturday.

Hey everyone, i'm gonna try this again. I need photographers and people who can take video footage for rotor fest itself. NOT for this thursday (6/8). So hopefully we can have an all around video of the caravan and meet on a dvd or cd along with a slideshow of the meet/caravan. If people want to volunteer for this, please let me know!
