If anyone needs a room, send me a PM. I work for the Holiday Inn and Sheraton by the airport in SF. I got the go ahead to hold rooms for attendees at a special rate. The Holiday Inn has been completely renovated. I know they are trying to schedule the photographer to do the new exterior photos. Would be cool to have a load of 7s and old school mazdas in the properties new site photos. Just an FYI, that is one of the most expensive weekends in San Fran due to the Gay Pride Parade in the city.

Those are the 2 for sure things. Talks are going on with Atkins Rotary, who is VERY interested in coming out. Talks are also on with Rotary Extreme and a local Mazda/Mazdaspeed dealer. There will be tons of food and good music. Plus all of the great cars and other attractions that will be lined up closer to the actual date of the event. So let's start hearing what you guys think and just how many of you are planning on showing up?? I'll start an attendance thread about 2 to 3 weeks prior to Rotary fest for the 100% sure people. Jon, I am planning on driving out there at the *** crack of dawn too so that you aren't the only person sitting there. I'm actually planning on getting there between 6:30-7:00am.
