there is not any scoring anywhere on them the small wear on the edge of the one is about it..ill get pics tomorrow of it hope better.

then your fine those housings are usable...from the pics you have, i don't see any chrome flaking so thats even better

ok to make a long story short i found out that my friends boss raced rx7s a couple years ago now makes rotary engines for planes so i took everything to him and he said junk it.....dang... but he can get me a really good deal on a new engine soo im getting some money and will get it in a couple weeks

hahaha sounds like something somebody else would say... I will take the housings rotors and e-shaft if you still have them...

the iron looks fine, ive built motors with irons that look like that one and I always have good compression, the rotor housing on the other hand with the blue color needs to be replaced. if you need a manual go to rx-7city.com.

the housings are fine and the lite scaring around the edge is nothing to flip out about...but hey it's his money

yeah....im pretty much tired of this all...so im just going to save up and get basicly a whole new engine...didnt think it would be all this bad when i opend it and with new parts i hopefuly wont have to to this a whole lot

OK i know it has been a while but i have Progress!!!!

band new housings and irons...yay

its back in the car now too







and now the connectors that i cant find the ends to





any help would be much appreciated!

in the next couple of days im going to get the intake elbow back on and finish replacing all the vac lines. The plan is to attempt to start it this weeknd but who knows!
