Taco Bravo! Period! You'll feel it on the way out though. Its about a mile from Rotary Extreme in Fremont or Campbell.

There is a good one in one of the back alley of castro in downtown mountain view.

Chavez Supermarket on Fair Oaks in Sunnyvale has good burritos.

For pleasanton, I would go to Planet Fresh Gourmet Burritos. They are near the mall, not in it, but the complex next to the mall, next to macy's furniture or something like that.
I would get the Thai Chicken Burritos with Black Bean and Spinach tortilla. Then order the chips with nuclear Salsa.

No real good mexican food in fremont, too many indians there, and their food as well.

I pleasanton there's a good one at Amador Valley and San Ramon Blvd. It's like Casa Orozco or something. It's not bad.

There's one in Walnut creek that my girlfriend and I go to every once in a while, near Broadway.

And for small Buritto places, there's a good place next to San Jose State

Anita's in Livermore is always good, and I agree with Taka87 about Casa Orozco (Dublin & Livermore).

Gordo's Taqueria on Solano in Albany/Berkeley is pretty good, I think they have two other locations elsewhere in the bay but I can't remember. The Carnitas Quesadilla is really good, but so is everything else for that matter.
