Who's the one person who can LEAD that team. We all know Davis doesn't know what leadership is. What's worse is he's the point and will be calling the plays most likely. That team will be almost like Sacramento WAS, but not as deep and good as they WERE.

Phil Jackson
The biggest challenge Phil Jackson will face is finding marquis veterans who are willing to be in the same locker room and team with Kobe. It will be very difficult since Kobe is hated throughout the league by almost every player. His trying to expose Shaq who is one of most popular players ever in the league didn't help him image with other players. If anyone can pull it off though, it's Phil Jackson. He did help keep the wildly unpredictable Dennis Rodman together long enough to win a few extra rings in Chicago. We will see what happens in the off season. A coach of Phil Jackson calibre can make a lot of things happen so it will be interesting.
The Warriors still need a big man. Troy Murphy is a power forward and Adonal Foyle is very good as a player coming off of the bench. Foyle get way too many minutes at the center position for the Warriors to be succesful and make a playoff run. With a decent true center, whoever else the Warriors have in the post would be much more effective, increasing the chances of success and reaching the playoffs. Chris Mullin has been pretty ballsy so far, it will be interesting to see what he does in the draft coming up.
How bout' those Washington Wizards(Warriors)?????????

Shaq will be back in a few years cause he likes Phil. Kobe likes Phil, too. But it's going to take some time for them to work things out and put away their differences.

For the clippers to progress they must get help on the post alongside solid vet Elton Brand!!! Corey Maggette has blossomed into pretty solid player offensively and defensively. His progress has made Quentin Richardson's departure an afterthought. Same old story with the Clippers though, management gives them a little daylight only to slam the curtains shut later. A management change might be the best thing for the Clippers, maybe then the can build and KEEP players. Miki Moore has shown flashes and they do have the comeback player of the year Bobby Simmons who was an NBA journeyman at best in his years before the Clippers. His soaked up a lot of knowledge of the game and how to play from Michael Jordan when he was a Wizard. Mike Dunleavy is a good coach, hopefully they will keep him around.
