Smeagol, I just wanted you to know that I will be getting the FB wheels you loaned to me forever ago back to you as soon as possible. I'm working on getting all that wrapped up now.

Dinnercoat, congrats on kicking the habit. Good on you bro.

Nader/Mark, thanks for stepping up and doing the whole Rotary Fest III thing this year. It's a ton of work and I'm sure that most people won't realize the time it's going to take you to set it all up. And I know that it will turn out great. Hopefully we can make it out for the event. I have a fight in Fresno on July 12th and as long as I get out of that one without getting injured then I should be good.

Also, Berry got a new daily driver a few weeks ago. I'll get some pics posted up soon for you guys to see.

ROFL! If you want to see the way I fight, look up videos of Remy Bonjasky on Youtube. That's more my style.

I actually had to switch from kickboxing to grappling early at practice yesterday because I "broke" my first two training partners and nobody else would stand up and spar with me.

Then why don't you get out of Chico and come down for one of my fights? That would be easy enough. Tell Jen that Berry and I said hi and to come and visit again sometime.

Shi' *****, gas is over $4 and I'm driving a truck. ><

Actually would be cool, I'm moving in with my friends in another month or so, after that Jen will be able to visit (I am not allowing her to visit me with my current roommates as one of them is terrible and the apartment is not fit for her to visit while I am living with him).

Next time she comes up maybe we can coincide it with one of your fights, or at least go to Mikuni's or have you been to Mana? Some of my friends just love that place.

Haven't been to Mana. We rarely go to Mikuni's anymore either. We eat at a sushi joint called Zakuro. Every bit as good as Mikuni, but way cheaper and we know everyone there now so it's really cool.

Yeah, we figure it is about time that we contribute.

Hope to see you guys there.

Are you going to make 7 stock this year?

We're going to try and make 7Stock this year as the Pacific Avatar is scheduled to make it's 1st appearance after restoration. The new owner is shooting for the debut to be that day. I'll know more as the time gets closer though.

Checking in from Vegas

I have kind of fell of the face of the earth after the past few months, havent done alot with the REPU either after driving it down unfortunately. As it stands, the clutch master cylinder needs to be replaced before I finish with the carpet and interior due to it leaking in the cab. In the next few weeks the Vert and 3rd gen should be shipped down here as well. <-- trust issues with leaving them at my house anymore.

All of the car projects have been put on hold though due to me being screwed over by relatives who still live in my house. turns out my grandmother had been supporting her worthless trash of a son on one of my credit cards to the tune of 16k @ 30% interest. I find this out when I run a credit report and find my score is in the tank. So pretty much my time has been spent trying to clean this up and wade through the BS and lies they try to throw at me knowing they have been caught. I really dont blame her as much, although there is fault. But this dumb *** needs to have his *** severely beat for being such parasite to his own mother. Uses her health issues as scare tactics to stay there for free, not contribute, and get whatever he wants as she stays in her room all day.

Anyways, hopefully I can catch up with Smeagol, Ben and anyone else while in the area around the July 4th weekend.

Wow, this thread doesn't get posted in nearly as much as it used to. It does make it a lot easier to stay up to date though since I don't have to read through multiple pages of posts.

Try not to "helpfully" rearrange his face while you're there.

gets easier after the first three days. if quitting cold turkey is too much, try cutting down slowly. my dad managed it after 50 years of almost chain smoking. he quit many times and started again. once he quit for six months. the biggest thing to push him back into it was being in the company of friends who smoke (while they were smoking). when he finally quit (he's been "clean" for four years now and hates the smell of cigarette smoke), notably, he was no longer keeping the company of smokers. not saying to give up hanging out with friends who are smokers. Just may be a good idea to avoid them while they're in the act. If they're friends, I'm sure they wouldn't mind. Would be like eating a hamburger in front of someone on a medically restricted diet.

OOOOOOOOOh exciting Preston, I ordered front brakes for my car. Going back to stock so I don't have to pay 1200 bucks everytime I need new rotors. Instead i'm getting all new stock brakes for about 900 and that's for calipers, rotors, pads, and mounting bolts.
