You guys would be surprised how cheap they have become. I found one I actually wanted in low 80K range. Right now its easy to find a 03-04 in that area. Especially since the LP560 revision came out with the new bumpers lights and more horse power.

Just think if you put down 50k and financed 30-40k the payment would be the same as buying a Honda accord. Insurance might be a little more but my wife is a insurance agent so I'm sure we can work that out.

How much do you think you will make as a engineer? Nurses start out around 100k a year and can make over 150k depending on where they are and what their job title is. That coupled with the fact that my wife has a full time job as well means we should be pretty comfortable. And nurse anesthetists average around 180k a year. But its also 4-6 years more schooling.

Nurses in my area (Note: NOT the bay lol) start at about 60k. Engineers start at around 80k and after 4 years I take my PE (Professional Engineer) test. After that The pay will be over 100k. Also like I said it's dependent on area. If the first job offer I get is in the middle east I'd take it. I'd get so much more pay too and if I work there over a year? It's tax free or some shiz

Yeah that's what you guys say, but when money permits it...hmmm, I'm sure you won't mind rolling in a Lambo...

I have never seen anywhere in this state that pays nurses that little. Maybe that's part time. I don't live in the bay, I live about two hours east of oakland in the hills. In a little town called Sonora.

How much longer will you be in school? It seems like i will never be done because I am only taking a couple class's at a time so I can work.

Anyone going to the car show in pleasenton this saturday? I think a freind and I will be taking our FD's.

Well both my parents are RN's and have been doing that for about 20+ years each and working about 40-50 hours a week they make around 100k before taxes. My mom works in a hospital and my dad works in a surgery center for minor surgeries.

And if finances weren't an issue for me I'd be done in 3 semesters, but due to shitty finances it'll take me 4 semesters.

Happy Easter to all!

I couldn't make it to the classic car meet yesterday so I'm jealous of any of you that made it. Saw some pics from my friend and the cars looked good!

Let me know, I've got an HHR i'm trying to sell. It's VERY practical :-)

Naw I was just selling the hhr cuz I was bored. I was looking for an fd or a wrx decided the wrx was a better choice for now. With my dog and work. plus with the budget I had I would have only got fixer upper FD's and I need a car I can daily drive.
