Also you might as well start taking out the seats and carpet so we can see what they really did down there. This sucks Jake. I will put a couple calls out for a stripped shell.
Don't worry about it Casey I think we are just going to part it out. I talked to Zach about it. Unless I can find a clean title shell completely stripped for free or close to it. I would never feel safe about driving the car.

I will have to remove the seats and carpet either way so I'll see what I can do. But like I said, I either find a super cheap shell that needs everything or it gets parted out. But I was going to be making payments to zach and if I have to swap everything from one chassis to another then the original price we had talked about wouldn't really be fair.

It's not my Daily Driver so I don't need the car to be working right now. Guess we will see what we can do.

Would need to see pictures, needs to be rust free. Mileage isn't that important, I suppose. Fritz is in Virginia though. Shipping it would cost as much as buying it

Ill ask him for some pics. Shipping could be as low as 500 or as much as 1000, yes. I believe he said it was rust free and in good condition. Ill ask for some pics.

I could possibly get 1000 dollars to get the shell, 1500 to 2k is going to take a while. I've got a wedding coming up in October, so money is a little tight at the moment. But I'm still interested and will see what I can do.

Thanks for your help Casey

Just slap some JB weld on there, you'll be fine.

Nah, sorry to hear about that. I have a sort've shell, only it's running and 90% complete. You want something stripped of every single part basically?

Mike

crazy, i never even noticed any of that but i admit i wasn't really looking for anything out of the ordinary on the car because it was such a mess to start with.

that sucks, especially after all the headache you went through sorting **** out on the car..

It's alright Ben, I figured if you saw it you probably would have said something when I talked to you in Vegas.

Yea well sorting stuff out on the car cost me like 400-500 bucks already. But if Casey can find me a good shell to swap everything into then most of those parts will still be relevant.

Still looking. I have found a bunch of rollers including a 94, but they are more than you want to spend. Also I have some one that might want to buy your two piece shell to turn into a track car with a full weld in cage.

Still looking though.

damn Jake,

Didn't I ran Carfax on this thing a few months ago and warn you of its history... I mean it looked pretty bad on the Carfax, but I wouldn't ever think it could be two car welded together. That sucks man...

Yea I can deal with salvage title, no problem. But two cars put together, that should be just plain illegal. And probably is in certain states, CA is probably one of them.

Me and Zach are workin out a solution tho, so no problem. We will figure something out.
