It's not required that EVERYONE purchase a gift, but if you don't, you can't participate in the gift exchange (it wouldn't be fair obviously). We do plan on playing some Texas hold'em and if you don't own an RX-7 or if it's not running, please don't let that stop you, we would still love for any of those that can show up to actually show up. Also it's important for you to sign up (or leave your name off the list) if you do plan on showing up-that way I can get a good estimate on how much food and stuff to get. As for time, would it be more convenient in the afternoon or the evening. Remember everyone, it's December 10th!!! We'll be posting the time once I get everyone's feedback. I will send out directions to those who are on the sign up list-so if you don't sign up, you won't know how to get there. Sorry about the rambling, it's still too early and moving tuckers you out .

Ben- you're going to the Thunderhill event too, right? So if my engine blows, you'll like fix it right there, right?

Also- anyone interested, or know someone who'd be interested in my GTUs? I'm still incredibly torn about whether or not to keep it or get a 3rd gen (any suggestions?). I'm also kinda curious how much you guys think I could get for my GTUs so I know how much more the 3rd gen will be. And then if I don't sell my car, I gotta decide on an exhaust (also open to suggestions) and get it on there with the quickness so it'll be ready for the Thunderhill event. Sigh- too much stuff to decide right now...

sorry, no idea on it's value.

almost done with Shaun's engine, i had to take a trip down to sac to pick up Bee's wideband so i can do some tuning now.

i keep forgetting how tedious it is building these things.... maybe i just try to block it out of my mind. (thanks in part to nick the "shop bitch" for doing most of the cleaning on the engines so far )
