What: The X-mas meet
Where: Boostedrex and Rotorchicks house in Rocklin
When: Saturday December 10th
This will be an interesting event! How does everyone feel about doing a "Chinese present exchange?" The price limit for all presents is $20 so nothing over that. That was a tradition with the SC RX-7 club and it always worked out great. Plus it was a lot of fun. Let me know what you think about this.

Jake, who are you telling to save up $20!! Better take your own advice there bro. 
I'm glad that people are liking the sound of the gift exchange. I always thought it was fun. And I already know what present I'm buying.
Of course rotary related stuff is always a plus, but that can be difficult to find for $20 or less.

Once everyone gets there then we put numbers on the presents. Then people draw numbers from a hat. You go in order one at a time. When your turn comes up you open up your present and you then choose to keep it or you can trade with anyone else who has already gone. They can't say no if you decide to trade. So you pretty much get a chance to just take someone else's present and give them yours. Just remember that the people who go after you can take your present too. It ends up being pretty funny. We used to do that at every SC RX-7 club X-mas meet. I hope that clears up any and all confusion about what that was. Does that sound like a good idea to everyone? And about the Texas Hold'em game at the meet. That is up to everyone's input as well. I'm always willing to play poker as long as there's money involved.

btw, i just found out that my godson's baptismal is on the 10th... yes, somebody actually thinks im fit to be a godfather.
