hey anyone local know the best way to cut the speed limiter? im tired of being cut off at 112mph. just not sure the best way to go about it.

i had a friend who totaled his roush on a backroad...
daddy bought him the car when he was 16... 4 months later he plugs it into a pole on a straight line backroad.

Hi All, remember folks this is not happening this Saturday, this is in May 31st and the proposed staging point is in Marine Drive ( this is underneath Golden Gate Bridge). Time is still TBA - what time is good for everyone?
I have chosen this spot for taking pictures and we will be driving around Alpine Lake to Highway 1 to Stinson beach to Muir beach and head back. I don't know how long this drive will take. This is depending on if we stop a lot for good spots which I am sure a very scenic drive.
I am still planning on where to eat but there are several per google

There are no gas station per google so before we head in we will fill up just to be sure.

Anyone who have suggestion let us know. I am not leading this run this is everyone's run and we are here to enjoy.



This should be a fun drive cruise with a lot of touge driving so don't forget your dramamine medicine a lot of twisties here. Again we need to be safe these are public roads and we must obey traffic laws. This drive is not just for rotary cars but for other cars as well.

Can you find out how long the route is? I rarely get more than about 130-150 out of a tank.

Relax on the above quote the whole trip is only 50 miles!!!! You are just in Pacifica we are coming in from San Jose.

my car is doing well i got 100 miles to go to be semi broken in so i can past 4k haha no redlining no mad ******* the car other then that the car is really well

 

How many miles you braking it in for?

I think I'm going to go w/ 500mi under 4k then get an oil change. After that, every 150mi I go I will go 1k higher. Then oil change at 1,000mi or 1,200mi and lastly a tune. That's what my installer suggests anyways...

But I hear different opinions from other people..

for semi broken in 500 miles for fully broken in 1000

after 1000 change oil

and the rebuild was done by a friend of mine.

 

This Saturday for SAC isnt getting much reply. Im gonna be out state on the 31st do ill miss the one in the bay. damn...... If your out here in Sacramento hit me up. Lets get something goin.

 

Here is an update that will be taking place this Saturday May 31st. Per google the entire trip round trip is about 80 miles and will take 2 hours this is if we are not stopping and keep on driving. I would say morning meet (around 11am???) in the staging point will be better. Staging point starts at Marine Drive San Francisco a good opportunity to take those pictures and hopefully it will be a clear day so that Golden Gate bridge will be the surrounding background. Here is the entire trip per google, take note there are alternate route inside this circle I did not include and that will be decided by everyone if you want to explore deeper but I know this is enough twisties to make you dizzy.
