Hi Guys, I'm somewhat "new" to the OC car meets, but from what I've heard, it's notorious for cops busting people, simply b/c your car is modified. Is this true, I'm worried that by rolling out to the meet since my car is not street legal, a cop will just harass me. Feedback is appreciated. Thanks

 

^well that's both yes and no...some cops would enforce that and others just simply dont care... things that can give u away is a obnoxiously loud exhaust which will give him a reason to pull you over. as for meets, ive been to worst meets that people actually go and street race and most cops just break it up. other cops try and get people but they get away. just be careful and dont act suspicious

 

hmm, that probably means I will get harassed, I do have an exhaust and it's titanium..slightly loud on rx7...Too bad I can't go to the meet

 

I fail at hosting meets!

Last Irvine/OC meet I did had a good turnout and lasted for quite a long time. As host, though, I only went once, and I was super late.

This is going to be on for 2 weeks from the 4th, so it should be the 18th. A bunch of 8club guys will be down, let's see if 7club guys will represent :P
