Thanks guys for all the helpful advice.. I would like to learn as much about these cars as possible. I have been reading the FAQ's. i'm thinking that I won't buy a RX 7on the east coast, but by one in west coast like SD or LA so I can test drive the car.. As far as learning is anyone putting any clinics on how to work on these cars? Are is anybody willing to teach a rookie like myself? Thanks..

Try to get the history and paperwork of all the work done. When I bought my car I had stacks of all the maintenance... I ain't complaining though. And ask us about the price before you buy

im going to have to say schools looking at the FD up close in person was breath taking seeing how many miles were on itm, the condition, so on so forth...low original miles with all paper work in hand...but for that price it's not worth it from sahara

there will always be exceptions to every rule. but really you have to realize when you buy a 20year old car there will be inherit problems....regardless of how well kept up the car was.
