Need Help WANTED With My FD Around The Salinas Area
hey guys, i need some help with some diagnosis and some help finding a shop around salinas, my car doesn't move, and i dont have a flatbed, just a regular hitch and it'll be a bitch to haul to san jose without hacing to pay around 200 for the tow.

it has APEXi N1 dual intake, APEXi Power FC with Commander, 3.5'' exhaust pipes - only a precat, rebuilt engine with like 52,000 miles, and brand new transmission, and rebuilt sequential turbos.
problem:
the car will crank, but wont start. i took the elbow off where the manifold is off, sprayed gas in there, and it turned on, but it only for a few seconds because it burns up the gas that i sprayed. i checked all my fuel lines, fuel filter, pump is working fine.
when i bought it, it wouldn't run. it was puffing white smoke, but then when i got it to my house, i changed the spark plugs and it worked/idled fine. the motor sounds good, but something was wrong with it. when i would drive it and step on the gas, it would lag hard and wouldnt even let me reach redline AT ALL. only to like 5,800-6,000K, then i would have to shift. I AM A "NOOB" to RX7's, i know that was a mistake buying something and hardly knowing anything about it. but hey, i got it for $3,500 and i was/am planning on doing the LS1 swap, that was the soul purpose of me buying it. but the thing is, i cant wait anymore to drive it, and i just want to fix this engine or have someone do it, i just want to see what this engine has to offer.
so, to recap: engine will crank, but wont start, i dont think gas in being injected in the engine or something like that, changed fuel filter and checked fuel lines. i was also thinking the engine might be flooded because it was sitting there for weeks, i want to try the unflood methods, but all mothods are different, know any methods that ACTUALLY worked for you or a close friend? let me know!
i was thinking it can maybe be the power fc; it might not be properly tuned. give me your input guys!! and let me know if there are any shops in or around salinas, or even trustworthy guys! thanks in advanced.
