Exclamation Need help with these diff mounting studs

Yes,ive searched, the answer i found,im trying to avoid, cause theres no FCs here at the junk yards.
I was doing a LSD swap the other day on my FC,i was finishing up the install,i asked my brother to tightened the nuts on these studs,so he freakin screws it up. He crossed threads both of them with a impact gun,as the result,on the drive home,my the nut comes loose,my diff drops from one the studs, and breaks a half shaft.

Now heres the deals, the threads on the studs/bolts are jacked up.i was thinking about going to scrapped mazda and cutting these off and welding these back on.
Can i re-thread these studs and buy new nuts? What do you guys recommened? Im open to any input.
Do i have to cut open my car re weld these?
