Need help from someone in the Bay Area with Ignition Timing

Went to have my car smogged today and I failed at 25mph with the NO Max being 746 and mine registering at 876. That might have to do with me also failing my Idle with the RPM/Ignition Timing as they said it was fluctuating.

Anyone here have the equipment and the know how to help me out?

Ok, I live in Dublin, and if you are willing to come out here, I wil help you set the timing. I can help you set everything to the FSM. That should help. There is also a way to rig the airpump so it always flows.
