Need auto-body shop recommendation in SoCal

I'm in need of a full exterior paint-job (going to stick with Brilliant Black, nothing fancy) and need my fiber-glass body-kit installed. Do any of you know of any places which are priced good and do amazing work? Please let me know...I'm looking for shops in SoCal, preferably in the 310 area code. Thanks!

If you like racist comments thrown at you and shitty work, then go ahead and PM him. Just ask Waysho about her experience there.

Get the **** out of here with that sob story.

Here is Waysho's story...
Well... I have been in LA for only 6 months, so I didn’t know any good body shops. So seeing DK's car and hearing good things about them I decided why not... its only a wing. Well to make a long story short, the customer service there was terrible. The painter painted over a piece of masking tape on the side of the spoiler and when I pointed it out he said that he had just noticed that but it was already too late. So he pretty much admitted that he knew he fucked up painting it but didn’t want to say anything. Then when I took it up to the owner he was extremely rude and unapologetic, even his own son said that he was being an *******. After the owner walked away in mid conversation another one of the workers sat there for 10 minutes bitching at me how its good enough job and how do I know what a good paint quality is, they are the pros. He even had the gall to say, “In your country don’t people make mistakes”, as if I were some ******* piece of **** that ran across the border yesterday. After walking back to my car I find not one, not two but 5 people trying to get the spoiler on. After watching them **** with it for almost 3 hours I just left even with it being incorrectly installed. They just did a good enough job. Which to them meant that the spoiler was incorrectly painted and incorrectly installed. I will post pics of the gap, which is so apparent that I can put my finger between the body and the spoiler. While the shop might have done better jobs in that past, my experience there was neither pleasurable nor satisfying. I have never been so harassed or treated worst at any business establishment in my life. Maybe it was because I look like a naive young girl, maybe because it was just a bad day. But I will never go there nor recommend them to anyone.
https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=234264

Racist comments and shitty work is enough for me to NEVER let anybody go there again if I have anything to do with it.

Another satisfied customer of Fleet Color. This was twinturboteddy but the way.

Interesting I am the BF and my FD was painted by Fleetcolor about 2.5 years ago and they did a bad job. Because guess what not even a year later but the paint is already starting to peel and it chips really easy.

yeah. the sob story is a pile of ****. No apology, no rework, no refund. But still going around and saying how it's an honest shop? pile of ****. And thanks for trying to make us out to be the bad guys.

Hey Fleetcolor, I work in Moreno Valley, just across the street from Office Depot on Sunnymead. If you can hook it up with a good price and good service on getting a T2 hood painted, maybe that will break the "Belligerent curse"

Fleetcolor is in La Puente/City of Industry near the 60 freeway. On Valley if I'm not mistaken... you know... near all the strip clubs and "massage"houses

There are lots of good suggestions in the link where waysho describes her ordeal. Read through it and call some of those places up.

not necessarily directed towards ImranRX-7. Been seeing a lot of that going around. Anyhoo, good luck with the body shop search. I know I'll have to find one soon as well. btw, post some pics when you get all the work done.
