Talking My new Daily Driver, check it, BREH!

My FD has been down for almost a year now, and i have yet to come up with enough money to fix it and live comfortably. The fiance and daughter has since been dropping me off to work early mornings and picking me up late nights 5 days a week. It's a real PITA!! So i've been in the market for a new DD and i have finally found it!!! Here's some pics...

A red 89 GXL. My very first car was a red 90 GTU, and having this car brings back very fond memories. The previous owner is actually a very close friend of mine. He is leaving for the USMC and is waving goodbye to the rotary scene for good.

The car has 161kmi on it and still running strong. The paint is in very decent condition with minor door dings/scratches here and there. The interior is in great shape. Very minor rust on the sunroof and that's about it. Everything functions and works like it should, except for the seatbelts getting stuck once in awhile, nothing major.

Even though i am only going to be using the car to take me to work and back, i am definately looking forward to joining the 2nd Gen peeps again, and hope to meet new faces as well as see more FC's out there. Oh, and of course to save up for the FD as well.

You're right. With my luck it will be in the junkyard sitting right next to your collection of rust.

Thanks. Yea he sold it to me for the same price he got it for.

The FD will be back on the road in a couple months. It actually was suppose to be running by now, but had to push it back untill the funds come strong.

I have 2 FMIC's and both of them are for sale. The one on the shelf is the RX7Fashion FMIC, and the one on the floor in the pics is the Blitz FMIC.

Yea, i got ahold of the M2 intake as well. I actually have 2 of them, haha. The extra one i have is for sale too.

Let me know if you know anyone interested.

Man you're a weird ricer, you have a ghetto *** looking car, all you care for is "brand name" parts yet your body kit is the same as I see everytime I look for a test pipe on ebay going for 300 dolla, and it looks like a 200 dollar kit.

did your parents drop you on your head, those rims look fine, and who cares. I plan to paint my "stock" rims, **** buying new rims I like how mine look.

Nice car man, idk how many people your gonna meet being in a 2nd gen, I see no rotary community up here in the santa cruz area and Im from sanjose, I've not seen any rotaries much cept 1st gens all over south side

your friend is gonna regret it considering you do have time off and plenty of time for your cars.. then again, he will probably end up buying another one..
