Most expensives shops for Rotaries and don't go in LA
Let me give you an advise,
None is arguing you knowledge on your work you do.
Is the way you conduct business,
For example I've seen personally members from the forum paying you in advance for parts they don't receive and have to wait for months.No excuses on this because any shop or business you paid for a part and its get deliver on time.
Remember the Guy from Spain back in 2007 ..? and I was in the middle on the transaction took place because you asked me to use me as translator for you and him..? How long this guy waited for his custom part to get it ..?
Maybe 4-5 months ... If you have to do any custom work for any part you sell and the customer has to wait Please don't take his/her money in advance.
You take their money when you have the part ready for deliver no before.
Also when you take a customer car in your Shop(Garage)You need to put in detail in your invoice what are you going to perform on the customer's car :Parts +labor and the time/date you will promise to deliver the car done. No excuses

I have mixed feelings about lucky 7. They did my rebuild, and it wasn't good, but they took it back and did it again. They said that they needed to get the housings resurfaced. they sent it to newyork for some odd reason when mazdatrix and racing beat could have done that.
Got it back just recently. But it doesn't run right. The idle is really high and dies at low speed, like when i'm coming to a stop. it hesitates on accel. They say its the tune, but i know its not because when they did it the first time and with very low compression (6.5)it actually ran better. Now they "say" it has 105psi on both and it runs crappy and they gave it back to me like that. Also, they cracked my side skirt and chipped the paint on a brand new paint job. They said they would pay for it, but its still a hassle. also, not sure if this is there fault.... i didn't have a gas cap on the tank when i took it home so all the gas spilled on to the side of my car.
This was my first experiance with lucky 7.... not a good one, but i can't they they suck..... They tried to fix what was wrong, they kepted me updated, and were helpful. i'll get a compression check again soon to see if its actually good.

i can honestly say i would give them another chance though because the customer service was really good. i just hope that i was the only person to have a problem like this with them, since they have a very good rep.

FYI.. Since you and the OP of that thread know nothing about that transaction, you should be quiet. First of all, that guy DIDN'T want to pay with Paypal. He kept making excuses as to why he CAN'T use Paypal. RotaryShack only accepts Paypal or sometimes check as a form of payment, since Paypal is more or less the safest way to make a transaction online. In terms of this guy using a credit card, he was trying to give a credit card that wasn't HIS. Corporate card? lol? The credit card name and billing address were completely different than his name and where he wanted the part shipped. He was obviously trying to scam Robert and just wasn't successful which is why he got pissed. So there, that's what "went on", anything else?
Oh, and kerebrus, with all due respect to you, it doesnt matter if you were there or not. You have repeatedly been told to stop trying to speak for someone else. You could have been there at all of the transactions, I could personally care less. Just as in buying and selling, we do not need any more third party "I was there, so I speak for Rotary Shack" accounts of anything. And the next time you think you have any right to defy the moderating staff on this forum, I'll be happy to make sure you get a little vacation for your hard work. More than a couple times, a few of the mods have instructed you to knock it off, and you wont get another warning about the problem. Thanks for your cooperation and have a nice day.

You can do what you want, but I will make sure of it that a temp ban will not be a smart thing to do. Maybe you should speak with someone from IB Brands in regards to silencing people from speaking their opinions without being demeaning or disrespectful to others.

As far as I could tell, the main difference between Pokemon Yellow and Pokemon Blue or Red was that annoying rat following you around everywhere. On many occasions I would turn around to walk the other direction and attempt to interact with an object in the immediate vicinity, but when I pressed "A" the darn rat's face would pop up. Evidently this indicated when mood he was in, and if he was happy with me. Since he was of the electric type and I saw little use for him, I rarely used him in battle. As it turns out, several parts of the game require his mood to be happy for you to earn certain items, some of which are required for you to advance in the game. This is why I chose to stick with Blue and Red instead of Yellow.

He's backed up on a total of 14 orders at this time, plus having 6 customer cars waiting at the shop to be worked, not to mention all 6 have paid thousands of dollars already to have their cars worked on, and as everyone knows he's the ONLY person who runs the shop and does all the work and handles all the orders.
that's why I've volunteered my time to Rotary Shack to help with all orders that haven't been completed, people just need to understand he's running this shop by himself so it ain't easy

I wish you the best of luck with that, I have no problem bringing your "actions" to the higher-ups here which in the end will result in your efforts being futile. If anyone comes on here running there mouth and spitting lies to try and make a business look like ****, I will gladly defend it within my own reason and try to provide facts so that the hundreds of other people that read this stuff can hear both sides of the story. Second, it's good to know that he is an active employee of an illegally-operating shop. However, it would seem that you forgot to tell him this, because in his own posts he doesnt apparently know it:

After reading your PM, the only thing to do at this point is apologize if I've done anything wrong to upset the mods, including yourself, or violate the the TOS. I'll leave the rest of this up to Robert to work with you and the other mods on getting everything resolved. I will still continue to assist RotaryShack in it's online sales including this forum as I have been doing in a proper and respectable manner.
As for TENAZ, I wish you the best of luck with your pursuit to get "justice" from Robert. However, I will continue to stand by his side and defend him within reason and only for valid reasoning at that.

After 2 rotaries engine builders look out at the port that Robert did on my engine.
Now I know the porting he did on my car he just polished the outside porting.
the inside Ports remains Stock.
I believe he charged me $600 for that Job.
I'm waiting for RX7doc or Roller to post those pictures on my thread since is closed so the rotary community will see a Top-notch Porting Job by RotaryShack.
