Before to start any comment on this section.
I'd like Rob says or states when my car is going to be deliver
As we had an verbal agreement last June 2009.
I want Rob L. answer my post Because I don't want to wait another year to have my car fix as I waited before.

Thanks

and the other 1/2 in monthly payments around $200 per month.
Witness of the agreement was Mr Darrel Moore he can be contact

If Robert doesn't answer my post.

Then I'll put full in detail what happened with my car since it been delivered to his Garage back in July-August 2007 up to May-June 2009.
(Before the verbal agrement got done)

Then you "the rotary community" will judge who is telling the true and who is lying.

You should just PM him instead of starting this thread if you are just waiting for a response from only him. Are you blackmailing him right now? If you're having problems just post what happened.

I'm not blackmail him.
I already e-mailed him, left him few voice mails even I let Matt "Kerebrus" his vendor to let him know (no answer yet)
I want to give him the opportunity to say when my car is going to be ready
so when he says the date is going to be ready and nothing happens.
Then I put the experience that I have with his shop.

Believe me I'm a patience person but not a stupid one

Thanks

tenaz, do not take this the wrong way, but I would NEVER do business with a "shop" that doesnt even have the capability to type out an itemized statement on a computer or a typewriter....ANYTHING but a handwritten mess that is all over the page. This is supposed to be a business? That would have been my first red flag.

You said you dropped this car off in 2007....is that right? You've been without your car for over two years, and you still made a new agreement with him this past June? Why didnt you pull your car outta there and find a reputable shop? I cannot imagine any shop that does this to customers would be a good shop to use.

Your best bet is to get your car back, and find out exactly what has been done so far. MAKE SURE you dont spend ONE PENNY for anything that has not been actually done to your car. More than that, you made an agreement with him that he would fix your car in a certain time frame, and he has obviously completely failed to live up to his end of the deal. In business terms that can be known as breach of contract. You may also want to check this forum for other feedback on this shop...

+1. I didn't want to say anything as you asked us not to for now...but seriously WTF is that statement?!? I seriously can't believe that invoice even came from a shop...much less a respectable one. You can even go to Staples or Office Depot and purchase pre-printed invoice carbon receipts and hand-write on those. Would've been a 1000 times better than what you've shown us.

I hope you get this situation sorted out and wish you the best.

CA Robert L. Aka "Rotary Shack"

Prior to tell my history with Robert L. aka “Rotary Shack”
I’d like to thank the following Individuals That give me support and help me to make The right decision to tell the horrible experience that I have with Rob L.
Mehraz (Owner) Dynamic Designs Chatsworth Ca Tuner and personal mechanic of my 04 STI
Gazo (Owner) A&G Automotive,La Crescenta Ca He did some services on my 1994 RX7 (Excellent troubleshooter in rotaries).
Fritz (Co-Owner) Lucky Seven Duarte Ca
He replaced my struts on my FD.
Danny (Owner) Daily Driven Performance Reseda Ca
He also did some services on my FD

Robert L. did this estimate to repair my first generation RX7 GLS-SE after the following:

I know his Business from this forum so why not to get his business. (Close by my house)

When I asked him to get a project on my car: First I had to give him $1000 cash in advance to have a spot so he can work in my car then He recommended me to get S5 turbo engine and some performance parts (Small battery, Fidanza Flywheel and racing clutch, Weber Carburator, Front mount Intercooler, 2 MSD Ignition Boxes, Coil, fuel regulator, Black magic Fan among other parts.)

Although he suggested that I purchase a radiator through him he agreed to use the existing radiator. He stated that he could use it because it looks ok. I took the radiator to have clean it by radiator Shop in North Hollywood "South American radiator" I know the Operator Owner "Gerardo" for more than 15 years, I had taking in the past different radiators from other cars I owned. Gerardo has always done quality work for me on all my radiators.
(I’m attaching a letter he made for me).

Through June - July 2007 the car got in his shop with no engine ( I had remove the engine because S5 engine would be installed)

When I bought the S5 engine Robert advised me to exchange some internal parts on the engine because they were defected and they won't work properly. He said he could provide me with those parts to replace the bad ones I have on the engine. I agreed to have him exchange those parts.

I anticipated a lengthy process to get the work. But, shortly after he received all the required part it got to the point where I would contact him every month for a status and his reply was typically the same. He would reply with "I don't know" .

I did not have an immediate need for the vehicle so I gave him the opportunity to work on my car. Multiple months pass and from July to May of the following year I waited patiently.

Once we reached May of the following year I started to get upset because he had not completed the work. I felt he had done no work on my car.

He originally projected $7000.total his work + some performance parts he would put on the car .

He asked me for money in advance and I suspected they were for the parts. So he could work on my car I gave Robert $3,000 cash with a witness. I went with Walter (Bodyman) worker
For a Professional Body Shop It has a bay next building that Robert works out of.

He marked the amount of the money received on one of his invoices.

In less than one month by the end of June he had the car ready, He tested the car for few days before he delivered it to me and it appeared the car worked ok.
He got paid $3000 cash. (total amount Rob received in cash $7000)

Even he told me to just don't use it because the engine needs to broken in.

Following his advised I noticed little leak coming from the steering wheel pump,
He says later on “I would fix it..Perhaps is the hose or the pump”.

I started to notice every morning I have hard time to start up the car I called him few times, he said it was because the car has carburetor system sometimes in the morning would be hard to start.

Ok I said myself if in the morning is the issue and then later would be ok I can live with that. In less than 2 weeks I drove the car around the neighborhood following Rob Advised "that the engine needs to broken in" Max speed I drove the car was 40 mph .

One morning the car didn't start. I called Rob he come by my house and inspected the car and told me "Ok tow it to the shop I'll 'take care of it ". that was I believed on his words he would give me the car in less than a month.....So allowed him to take the car back thinking on his word "I'll take care of it ". I am always willing to work with independent companies because I feel they will have a bigger interest to ensure issues are resolved. So, when he advises me he would take care of it. The expectation was that he would fix what ever the issue was.

Instead. I had to wait to see if would honor his word ......

What started as week delays ended up being month delays again. July,August,September,October,November,December, ends 2008

I started to feel that RotaryShark did not care of me as a customer.

It was not until May of 2009 he called me urgency because show me something. When I arrived he had dismantle the engine. He advised me the engine had overheated on the engine therefore any warranty is void because I did not purchase a radiator from him and he identified the radiator as being the cause of the overheating.

I ask myself this guy is something else or what is wrong with him ?

I waited all this time for my car to be repair and now he put the blame on me because of the radiator I supplied him?

He could have said that he radiator was an issue and advised me on putting it on the car. Instead he relies on his opinion the radiator is old or defective, advised me it was okay to install. He was firm on other parts and stated with out buying those parts through him or bring in new parts he will not continue with the work. He could have easily put the same restrictions on the radiator. Instead he stated the radiator was ok and proceeded with the project.

(Any good mechanic would advise to his customer).

I got upset and I told him I waited all this time so you are telling me this I though you were a man of you word I believe now he is not .

I thought at that time to take legal action against him for the Money he charged me and all the expenses I received.

As filed a report against him with the Automobile Bureau of Repair Report # CP2009005945
Mr McBean was the investigator took the complaint. I got advised By Mr Darrell Moore a friend I know for close to 10 years Forget about it lets leave behind the legal action and try to settle with Rob, He advised me ....Because It would be the same expense if I go hire an attorney, file the case in the court and so....

So I stopped the legal action I even held the complaint against Rob with the Automobile Bureau of Repair.

So we went to Rob's shop and Rob wrote down an estimate of $2500 for the repair needed: In the pink paper he wrote down the parts it needs to be reeplace, the costum radiator and his labor....He even said you can pay me the 1/2 when the car is done and the other 1/2 you pay me monthly 200 -250 per month I said ok. That happened back on June 2009.

I asked Mr Moore to follow up with Robert when my car would be ready to avoid any misunderstanding. So many months later I am still waiting. The last time I spoke with him was on September and he advised me he has another projects to do or parts to ship ...I said to him I understand but I won't wait for another year to have my car done..He told me by October 15th my car would be ready because he wants to test it drive and make sure nothing fails.

Since I haven't heard nothing from him I called the Business Bureau to reopen the case because Rob Failed to his word ...and I won't wait another year to have my car fix it or repaired.

I believe I been beyond patient with him. I had hope that even with the delays at the end I would be happy with the quality of work done on my vehicle. Even now as he tries to spin the problem being my fault and insults me as a customer. I hope that this matter can be resolved and I can have a finished car.

Tenaz--you may consider restarting legal proceedings. I can tell you this--while there is a cost associated with legal proceedings, you are entitled to include the court costs and attorneys fees in your lawsuit. That means you can sue Rob L. for the damages he has caused you, and also for the cost of taking him to court to try to get this resolved. Also, you may consider looking on www.naca.net for a lawyer-this is the National Association of Consumer Advocates website. Many times, in a case like yours, it is not unheard of for an attorney to take your case on contingency basis. That means the lawyer does not charge you any money--they get paid by Rob when you win your case against him. If you lose your case with a contingency lawyer you pay nothing to that lawyer. In my mind you have an excellent case. Now, I am not an attorney, but I did go to college for criminal justice, have worked professionally in that field and have experience dealing with the law and legal matters like this. I strongly recommend that you check that website for an attorney in your area and see what can be done. At this point, I believe that Rob seriously scammed you and you should not have to pay him one penny more than you already have. You might have even overpaid him for what was actually done to your car. At this point I would also consider getting your car towed to a reputable shop ASAP, and have them look over the condition of everything. That way you can get an independent assessment of what exactly went wrong with the engine.

I believe enough is enough.
I know now is a long process but I least I want to let know the rotary community.
So no other member would suffer what I experienced with Mr Robert Lives's Garage AKA RotaryShack.

here is how this deal went down....

On 5-17-07 Ivan came to my shop inquiring on a turbo 2 carburated turbo blowthrough setup in his first gen. I welcomed him in my shop, showed him some projects I had going in the shop and gave him a ride in a few customers cars that had the same engine package he wanted. well he was sold, however he said the estimate was high. He explained he had a resale license for purchasing auto parts so he could buy the parts for his car at a discounted price. I said that would be fine and gave him a list of parts to get. I explained that any parts he supplied would release me of any type of warranty and he agreed. Ivan did not want to purchase a j spec motor through rotaryshack stating he could get a better deal elsewhere, I said that would be fine and again stated I could not guarantee the condition of the motor since he didn’t purchase it from me, and he agreed. Next, he requested that he have his old enging removed by his mechanic as my labor price was too high and he could save money, I agreed but urged him to put all nuts/bolts/ msc parts to be reused in labled bags to make reassembly easier. Well his mechanic couldn’t spell in English and a got mixed up bags of bolts/nuts and parts!

On 6-20-07 we started an invoice for the motor build of which the total was $4167 . he gave a deposit of $1,000 . the parts I needed to build his motor totaled $2,367 alone not including the machining of the rotors(3mm apex seal groves) or the new rotor bearings that were needed(old bearings were bad)
On 2-28-08 he towed his car in and we started another invoice totaling $1,957. At this point I was out of pocket a few thousand dollars and he had no money for me, this was frustrating so his car sat and I worked on other cars.

Finally on 5-24-08 he brought in a deposit of $3,000 to get things going so I began the build. At this time he supplied the following parts: weber carb, clutch, flywheel, intercooler, intercooler piping,2 MSD 6al ignition boxes, 2 blaster 2 coils, MSD ignition wires, one electric fan and one used stock radiator. I took the parts and explained by supplying these parts im not liable in any way if the parts fail, and Ivan agreed.I tried selling himan upgraded radiator as i do with all my turbo swap conversions but he said it was too much money.

On 5-31-08 we started a new invoice for an additional $989.00 At this point his car was getting close to completion and I again had a lot of my money invested in this project, I asked Ivan for some more money and he said no, not until the car was done. I agreed and on , on 6-7-08 he gave me $3,000 and drove his car home . I stated that he needs to take it easy on the car for the first thousand miles, he said ok. He drove the car for a few days and explained it was getting harder and harder to start, I told him to bring it to the shop and I would check it out. I inspected it the next day and determined it was something internal with the engine and I would need to pull the motor out and disassemble to determine what was wrong. I explained to Ivan I would not be able to get to it for a while since I had gotten behind on other customers cars to finish his car. He said ok and asked if the motor was under warranty. I explained there is never any warranty on any type of hi-performance application but if there was something I did wrong in the build I would take care of it.. the car sat for a few months in the shop and Ivan was getting impatient, understandably. So, I took a weekend and removed his motor, upon removal there was a small amount of coolant in the exhaust port and exhaust manifold,at this point I was thinking overheated? I called ivan, he came to the shop and watched while I disassembled the engine. Upon disassembly I found 4 melted inner cooling seals near the bottom of the motor(hottest part of the motor). At this time I explained to Ivan the motor had been overheated causing the motor to get harder and harder to start. I also explained to Ivan that overheating the motor would not be covered by any warranty by me or any other shop!I also reminded him that we used the radiator he supplied so there was no liability on my behalf. I immediately sent the radiator to my radiator shop for inspection, the radiator shop sent it back with a $35.00 charge to tell me it was clogged! Ivan again stated the radiator was checked by his guy and it was fine, quote from ivan”and besides the radiator worked fine before on the old engine, why is it not enough now?”I explained that a turbo motor makes a lot more heat than a stock 13B n/a motor would. At this point I also reminded him that I tried to sell him an upgraded radiator as I do all my motor swap customers and he declined stating it was too much money.

After his threats of suing me and having his lawyer friend call me we came up with a solution, I would fix the motor for a discounted price if he purchased the proper radiator too keep the car from overheating.I chose to do this to keep my customer and make him happy. He purchased the radiator from somewhere else for a cheaper price and brought it to me for the bracket and fan fabrication, I got that done right away, I ordered a new mazda gasket set and got the rotors all cleaned up. I asked him for some money and he said he had none and that he would make payments of $200.00 a month once he received the car in running condition. At this point I was out a lot of labor , out of pocket money for the parts ant the cost of the fabrication on the radiator. He wouldn’t give me one dollar!!! So at this point his car sat approx 8-9 months, taking up space in my shop. We speak a few times in the months that pass, and he wants updates and I explain I have been busy with paying customers, which he is not, he asks if the car will be done by October and a state ill try, October rolls around and his car is not done, he is angry stating I do not keep my word and I am a liar. I ask him if he has any money for the bill and he says “ no im not giving you another dollar and I want all my money back I payed you”I explained that defiantly wasn’t going to happen and he must have lost his mind! He then goes on the rx7 club talking **** instead of calling me to talk about it, I see this and immediately bolt the hood on his car wash it and flatbed it to his house. His wife signed for it and im done with this guy! Nope, instead of calling me he goes on the rx7 club and talks more **** stating I dropped his car off and kept all his parts, what the hell?!! I call him and leave a message that I have all his parts in perfect condition organized in several boxes. I said he could come by and pick them up anytime.

On 11-21-09 Ivan came to the shop to pick up his parts,he tried to quickly throw everything in his truck, and I quickly pulled everything out for a close inspection and inventory of what he was picking up. we went over every part , marked it down, then pics were also taken. He then demanded his radiator and I refused because he had not payed for the fab work he authorized, after 2 hours of arguing he payed the money owed so I gave him his radiator/ fan assembly. He refused to pay for all the prep work on the engine rotors so i just gave them to him, its not worth the stress at this point.

At this point I have not received full payment for the work initially done, I received no money for the motor removal and teardown, money for parts I purchased, or towing fees.

im gonna give you the cliff notes of this other deal i had with this guy while i had the silver car

he bought an FD, the green one in his avatar. he wanted me to check it out, so i did. the e-fans were wired to stay on constantly, all the cooling hoses were bad and the motor was overheated using coolant.he informed me the seller tated the motor was blown and needed to be replaced. several months later he bought a complete FD motor from me for $2,000, he didn't want to pay my labor rate to install the motor claiming his mechanic would do it at his house for $300.00. after several months he told me the engine wouldn't run and it was blown. i said that was not possible and went to his house to inspect the install. as soon as he cranked the motor over i could tell the ignition was firing wrong so i told him to stop cranking. i inspected the engine install further and found the tps wasn't connected, map sensor wasn't connected, front oil cooler line was loose, and a bunch of wiring was not hooked up properly. the temp sensor wire was pinched between the engine mount and chassis!

i explained to him i could fix it but it would take many hours to troubleshoot what this guy did wrong. he agreed and gave me $500.00 to get going, and this was an open ticket. he gave me $500.00 and signed the invoice. two days later and ten phone calls later( keeping him posted every step of the way, letting him know what was going on) his car was running great. i explained to him everything was fixed but the car needed a new radiator, all new hoses and a coolant temp sensor, as the previous owner grounded the sensor to eliminate the coolant buzzer, as well as fixing the e-fan wiring. he stated he would have his mechanic fix that stuff and for me to just get the car running good.

over the phone, i gave him a discounted total if $1,500 when i was finished and right away he said that was too much money, he thought it was only going to be $500.00, i said this job was by the hour as i said in the beginning before i got the car. he said no and came to pick up his car, he payed no additional money and left. i let him take the car without paying the bill since i had his other car . he took the invoices(2 of them) to go over all the stuff i fixed, after several weeks he gave me $1000 and said that was all he was going to pay, i agreed and told him he could no longer bring that car to my shop ever again.

a week later he calls me from a smog shop asking for my help, i agreed and went to the smog shop. when i got there the police were there because he refused to pay for the smog check! i explained to him his car didn't pass due to the hi-performance parts and he should pay the guy..

CA Robert L. Aka "Rotary Shack

Robert,

Let me give you an advise,

None is arguing you knowledge on your work you do.

Is the way you conduct business,

For example I've seen personally members from the forum paying you in advance for parts they don't receive and have to wait for months. No excuses on this because any shop or business you paid for a part and its get deliver on time.
Remember the Guy from Spain back in 2007 ..? and I was in the middle on the transaction took place because you asked me to use me as translator for you and him..? How long this guy waited for his custom part to get it ..?
Maybe 4-5 months ... If you have to do any custom work for any part you sell and the customer has to wait Please don't take his/her money in advance.
You take their money when you have the part ready for deliver no before.

Also when you take a customer car in your Shop(Garage)You need to put in detail in your invoice what are you going to perform on the customer's car :Parts +labor and the time/date you will promise to deliver the car done. No excuses

I found this also on the forum:
https://www.rx7club.com/bad-fugly-businesses-231/66-7%25-fee-using-credit-card-866147/
66.7% fee for using credit card?
What went on ..?

Perhaps You may need to get your license to comply with Local and State regulations,so You know how to operate a Legit business.

Robert take this advise as good one.

Regards

Tenaz

FY: The members of this forums are not ignorants to believe
what you are saying on your side of your story.
You don't have a license to operate a shop, end of the story

You can't run business on your own way don't you get it ..?
I'm not the only one you took advantage and money on the front... there
another of you customers you took $2000 and for 4 months you didn't do
anything on his car. This former customers of yours have to pay another shop
the work what you supposed to do.
I want to make sure no other member get the experience That I had with
your garage.Because You don't keep your word You change things around.
After you told me back in July 2008
when you took my car Back :Remember you words: "Don't tell Mehraz
what happened with your car I'll take care of it"
After 10 months I
realized Yo don't honored your word.
Thats why I had 2 witness. One in the verbal agreement and Another one
picking my parts.whom will testified what they observed.

I just found some contradiccions on your story so the follow members on the forum would get clear picture what happened and don't change things around if not lets take a look:

In a part of your story you said the following : I agreed and on , on 6-7-08 he gave me $3,000 and drove his car home . I explained there is never any warranty on any type of hi-performance application but if there was something I did wrong in the build I would take care of it.. the car sat for a few months in the shop and Ivan was getting impatient, understandably

In another part you said this :I received no money for the motor removal and teardown

Remember a couple e-mails you sent me on April 24 2009..?

Storage fees will start today @ 29.00 a day. In 30 days I will start a lien sale. You have been notified

From: "robert" <robert@rotaryshack.com>View contact detailsTo: eiagc@yahoo.com
Just to be clear, I am not charging storage for the 10 months you waited for me to get to your car, that would be wrong. You are now refusing to pay for the repair on your vehicle so by California law I can start storage fees and a lien sale after 30 days. You are fully liable for storage fees. Im not charging you any money for removing the engine or dis-assembly.

Question : A couple months is the same as 10 months...? Rotary community can you tell Mr Robert Lives if a couple months is the same as 10 months .......?
Question: You said in your story: I received no money for the motor removal and teardown and in the e-mail you stated:Im not charging you any money for removing the engine or dis-assembly
Rotary Community would decide what part of you story they believe.

Since your mentioned California Law and said storage fee an lien sale after 30 days.
I know by California Law just Business license can charge storage fee and put Lien Sale.
But the California Law doesn't apply to you Do you know why..? I don't need to explain it.

Also About the Parts You still haven't delivered me : The Costum Distributor with the spark plug cables,my spare used steering pump and the copy of the Invoices I paid you describing the work you done on my vehicle.
You said in front of a eyes witness you don't want to give me the copies because It would help my case with the Automovile bureau against you.

Remember.. last saturday December 12th around 1:30pm..?

[QUOTE=680RWHP12A;9678337]here is how this deal went down....

Yes, let's take a look at how this deal went down....

Those engine rotors, I would like to discuss them for a minute. You see, the internet is a funny place.....it creates a record of everything you have posted in the past. This record can then be compared to your more recent postings, such as this one that I am responding to right now. It seems to me that you mentioned these rotors to me once before....you sent me an email and told ALMOST the same story you just told here....ALMOST the same, except here was your version back then:

On 11-21-09 Ivan came to the shop to pick up his parts,he tried to quickly throw everything in his truck, and I quickly pulled everything out for a close inspection and inventory of what he was picking up. we went over every part , marked it down, then pics were also taken. He then demanded his radiator and I refused because he had not payed for the fab work he authorized, after 2 hours of arguing he payed the money owed so I gave him his radiator/ fan assembly. He refused to pay for all the prep work on the engine rotors and refused to pay for the rotor housings so I did not give him those either. (his old rotor housings warped from the overheating)

Another thing Ivan tried pulling was he claimed bunch of parts were missing like oil cooler, msd ignition boxes, intercooler, starter, ac pump, power steering pump, I stated those parts were on the car. We then went to his house where I pointed out where each and every part was on his car.

As of now, 11-26-09 I owe him a battery and a polished alternator which he will receive today.
SOOOOO.....will the real Rob please stand up??? Which is it? You DIDNT give him those rotors as of the last time you gave him any parts.....but here on the forum you said you DID give them to him. You havent exchanged parts since that email.....so please tell me why youre lying about this?

Also, as of "now" you owe him those parts...and he still doesnt have them. You told ME in email and PM that the only reason he doesnt have them is because he requires a witness, and that every time you try to meet with him he tells you that his witness isnt available. You posted on here that the reason why you didnt get him those parts is because you kept trying to call him and never got an answer or a reply. SO, once again.....why the lies? If you never spoke to him because he doesnt answer his calls, then how could he have told you that his witness isnt available?

Lets move on....

At this point I have not received full payment for the work initially done
According to the invoices you sent to me, you most certainly have received that full payment. If you didnt send me all of the invoices, that would be a different story. But you did--even according to your own email, you said "here are copies of all of the invoices". Let me help you with the math....on your invoices, you billed him for these amounts:

$4,167 on 6/20/07
$1,957.00 on 2/28/08
$989.00 on 5/21/08
$150.00 on 11/21/09

Do you agree that those are the four totals on the four invoice copies that you sent me?? The grand total there is $7,263.00--that is the total amount of all the invoices that you billed him. Now, according to the same exact invoices, here are the amounts you show that he paid:

$1,000.00 on 6/21/07
$3,000.00 on 5/24/08
$3,000.00 on 6/7/08
$150.00 on 11/21/09

When you add those up, you get $7,150.00 that you verified on your own invoices that he paid to you. All of a sudden, youre claiming he didnt pay you for the initial work done, for parts you bought, for the removal and teardown that YOU TOLD HIM YOU WERE NOT CHARGING HIM FOR, and for towing fees. According to YOUR OWN INVOICES, Rob, you charged him exactly $113 more than he paid you--and yet, according to your last post, that $113 represents some of your initial work, the towing fees, money for parts you bought.....WOW, that $113 must have stretched mighty far in your shop!!

Look, the time you kept this guy waiting, even by your own admission in your emails to him, says to me that you got paid a fair amount for the work you billed him for. It's really funny how you claimed that his car sat for those months because of his fault--that he didnt have money to pay you--but in the email you sent to him, you admitted that YOU kept HIM waiting that time, so you were not going to charge him storage fees! Like I said, the story just keeps changing with you. Hell, when I asked you about the mechanic's lein, you claimed that was a bunch of BS--and then we read in the email you sent to tenaz:

Just to be clear, I am not charging storage for the 10 months you waited for me to get to your car, that would be wrong. You are now refusing to pay for the repair on your vehicle so by California law I can start storage fees and a lien sale after 30 days.
So you DID mention that to him after all.....so why lie to me when I asked you about it in PM?

im gonna give you the cliff notes of this other deal i had with this guy while i had the silver car
Well then, if this guy was really such a horrible customer, then you should have steered clear when he brought his second car to you. You obviously thought at that time that his money was more important than avoiding such a hassle....so it could not have been that bad for you in the first place. We all have seen buyers or sellers in here that were bad enough that no amount of money would cause people to do business with them--and thats the way you have tried to portray tenaz here. In reality, your story, not his, has been ever-changing and you have been caught in more than a couple of lies along the journey. I have a saying that people here who know me have seen before--the truth never needs a lie to stand on.

If youre trying to convince us that youre being truthful, lying is not the way to go about it. Just a tip for you.
