hey guys, well i couldn't search up anything about shops. So i need a list of shops that can rebuild my engine for a cheap or decent price. $1000 and over is too much i might as well get another engine but thats too risky and that is why i'm posting. Because i swapped in a s4 turbo motor and it gets really low compression in the front(using a piston compression) i get 55 and 95 in the rear. so i figured might as well rebuild the engine. if anyone knows of anybody or a place then let me know, thanks.

 

Sorry to say man...but I think you are going to have save your pennies. There is a thread dedicated to nor cal shops in a sticky at the top of this forum...but I don't know if they can do a rebuild for $1,000.00.

 

$1000 or less, I think that's called DIY.

that 1000 is the cost of the seal set alone
