I'm currently living 10 minutes away from LAX by Marina del Rey area. It's 5 minutes away from the beach and other coastal beaches here and the weather's great. Only downside is that house properties around a 'warm' and 'beautiful' area here are expensive and they're reconstructing the adjacent freeways here so traffic is heavy 90% of the time. But I'll guess you have a clue about that already.

No wonder it has been quiet around my neighborhood. Thanks mang for rubbernecking somewhere else.
