So, the 3rd place -7 winner was a 79... with a 13B in it... #285:

Guys.... thanks for the pics. Hey, Glenn Roberts told me that he took Best Mazda for his 1967 Cosmo Sport restoration. He also said he took Second Place overall. Anyone know who took BEST in SHOW (First Place) and does anyone have a pic of the ride? Hard for me to believe that any car could be cleaner or nicer than Glenn's Cosmo Sport , but then again, I'm a little bit biased...

The winner's list is up at the JCCS site (in the 'categories' page) but I don't think they've got the gallery up yet.
