Coming up on Saturday. Anyone else entered in the show besides Sarah and I?
The R-Power crew is generally there - - seen them there each of the last 3 years. Several others I'm recognizing year to year, too.
Last year had a pretty strong 1st-gen turnout. It'll be interesting to see how many FC's show.

Some snaps from the show:
Forum members BrGreenSA, Sarah7, and I during early setup: around 8am and already hot and humid at this point.
This car took 2nd place overall at the show: Never did see the interior or engine.
This red '79 took 1st Place RX-7. Gorgeous paint, nicely done leather interior.Turbocharged 13B with lots of chrome and indicatons of "the leak of death" (dowel pin o-ring leakage) developing on top the rear housing. First time he'd been to this show, spent some time chatting. CA Historical plates, too; he said he's never been sent a smog notice since getting them.
Track-only FC with a 20B in it:
Pretty clean FB. Interior looked clean and stock. No idea what the engine looked like - - he never opened it that I saw.
The "New Hot Wheels car" was on vendor display by JDM Legends. Only discordant note is that the new Hot Wheels cars are SA's and this started life as an RHD FB frm Japan. Nice paint and body work, though. Clearly some coin spent here.
I didn't take a large number of pictures; it was damn hot, crowds were small, and a lot of the cars there I'd seen for four years in a row now.
Still a good time, but the heat really weighed everyone down.
The only manufacturer that put on a major presence this year was Toyota, too; No Mazda, No Honda, No Nissan. Made the show seem smaller even though there were more actual owner cars on display. I imagine the economic situation is cutting into marketing budgets pretty hard.

Here are some pic's I took. There are more in my Photobucket album. Hope you all enjoy. The show was way too hot and I wanted to leave at 10.
