Question Intakes On Fcs

i have all my stock intake stuff on just removed the box and put a filter on the end , with two smaller air filters on the smog pump lines. is that considered modifying the air intake with just a filter on the end of the afm in california.

Air pump needs to be hooked up to the air box.

yep, it will not pass the visual smog inspection. basically your underhood has to look totally stock unless you have a lazy smog tech who doesn't give a rats ***.

Umms I have a couple Apexi intakes for the S5 T2 that we're clearancing out. If you're interested let me know. Everything hooks up as it should be. To answer your question that is definitely a modified intake. It has to be factory or have an EO # to be "legal"

^ don't forget the abs intakes!

which oddly enough, are better than most of the expensive intakes because they aren't metal and they don't heat up as bad. go figure.
