I prefer to use Edgar and his team at West Coast Wheel Repair in Fremont. I've had many different types of wheels successfully repaired / restored over the years. Reasonable turnaround and shop rates.

Or you can check out Wheel Techniques in Santa Clara. They've been featured in various car magazines (if that matters to you), shop rate is higher, etc. An overall positive experience as well.
