CA I need to build an engine

I finally moved to home with a garage! I need to start developing my hands-on rotary experience. Would anyone be willing to give me an engine or sell me a cheap one? I'm located in Southern California, Orange County.

I've got two '91 NA blocks disassembled in the garage. Located in North OC. But you'd need to pick it up.

PM me and we'll work a deal you can't refuse.

I do not have a project car yet. Why would you start there first? I'm a noob but I'm limited on space and tools. I figured I could do most of the engine work in my garage and pick up the tools I'll need as I go. Once I'm ready for the heavy work like towing a chassis and putting in an engine then I could bring it to someone else's garage that has the tools and knows how to do that stuff. I may even want to put it in a boat. I am more or less just interested in building an engine than I am in building a car.

I did not know what your intentions were at first. so I assumed you wanted to build a project car which is why i said I would start there, because I don't like putting a clean rebuilt engine inside a dirty *** engine bay. but, that's just me. A boat huh?, interesting. If you need help with the build or have questions, hit me up. I have most of the tools to pull apart an engine.
