I need to build an engine

I finally moved to home with a garage! I need to start developing my hands-on rotary experience. Would anyone be willing to give me an engine or sell me a cheap one? I'm located in Southern California, Orange County.

do you have a project car yet? I would start there first.

I've got two '91 NA blocks disassembled in the garage. Located in North OC. But you'd need to pick it up.

PM me and we'll work a deal you can't refuse.:icon_tup:

I do not have a project car yet. Why would you start there first? I'm a noob but I'm limited on space and tools. I figured I could do most of the engine work in my garage and pick up the tools I'll need as I go. Once I'm ready for the heavy work like towing a chassis and putting in an engine then I could bring it to someone else's garage that has the tools and knows how to do that stuff. I may even want to put it in a boat. I am more or less just interested in building an engine than I am in building a car.

I did not know what your intentions were at first. so I assumed you wanted to build a project car which is why i said I would start there, because I don't like putting a clean rebuilt engine inside a dirty ass engine bay. but, that's just me. A boat huh?, interesting. If you need help with the build or have questions, hit me up. I have most of the tools to pull apart an engine.
