I am going to search after I post this but I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions on where to purchase a 3rd gen motor from. I am looking at a car that wont start for 3000. So I am going to need a motor. Any help will do thank you.

 

Are you looking to rebuild, upgrade, does the car you're looking at have an engine in it?

did you see that 2001 ls1 motor for 1600.00 on CL? lol I called once and some guy cussed me out saying its the wrong number. Someone pulled a prank with this poor guy's number.

yes, it is pending at the moment, but just in case it doesnt go through this saturday... and you'll never know what happens til saturday cause Ive had a lot of flakers in the past w/ other engines. Dont worry you have first dibs.

If you want a longblock that has JUST been rebuilt, i believe montblu has one. He has a bad *** ported /single turbo motor in his car now and wants to sell the stock motor that was just rebuilt.
