Gotta wash my car tonight and that's about it. Demonspeed lip and TII sideskirts are on

That's after I wrestled with my brakes for a while, swapping in a new master cylinder, and fixing a small fuel leak.

Changed my oil last night, realized 2 of my tires are bald, and one of them has all the steel wires popping out. Soooo yeah to Calderon's I go. $40 for one used 16 inch tire mounted and balanced is kind of a rip off, but its my fault for procrastinating until the day before 7stock.

Brakes and clutch bleed (showing up with Robert B's old brakes because I didn't have time to get my own big brakes fully built up in time.) Apologies to Johnson because we were trying to have his done in time for the show too. Life is just way too full sometimes... Still when it comes to brakes, it's more important to have it done right than worry about showing off.

My car hasn't been on it's own wheels in more than a month. That should happen tonight so I can finally start the detailing...

I was trying to get everything ready on my FD before SS, but I finally got my custom made v-mount radiator from Ron Davis just yesterday. It's beautiful, but I don't have enough time to make custom mounts for it and my new intercooler by this Saturday. So I came to the conclusion that I'll be rolling the FC instead of the FD. FC "to-do" list: already changed oil and bled brakes last weekend. Still need to wash and vacuum. That's it.

Here's some pics of my new radiator for the FD.

How much did that Ron Davis put you back? I know the Ron Davis radiators I used to install in sand rails were around 900 dollars.

Let's just say it cost a little more than that. The radiator itself was around $695, then add the shrouding, and the fans (like $170 per fan). Expensive, I know, but they made exactly what I wanted. The radiator itself was the same design they used back when RD made the v-mount radiators for Knight Sports, aside from a couple of minor modifications I wanted.

Lessee... tonight I put the lugnuts in some naval jelly, cleaned the rims, cleaned out and adjusted the rear drums, juiced up the tires, and about a dozen other lil things.

Tomorrow should be stress free, just cleaning. & I may fiddle with my front plate mount a bit, fit an old-school m-trix frame around it or something.
