i did asked to look at the rador and he didn't use it

He has to have proof, his experience in the field is some evidence, but he has to have collaborting evidence like a speedometer readout, video with speed and your plates etc... shouldn't be much to get out of....

Have you made absolutely sure that the limit was 65 ?? Since if it was 55 it's a lot harder to fight 70...
