i have to keep a clean driving record to drive an ambulance

and when i told him the ticket will affect my employment and he just said you can go to traffic school (which will still pop up in a background check) can those stupid CHP (not all because i met many who are cool) go get something better to do beside writing up ticket to those who are driving safe and resonable

You went 5 mph over the limit, so of course you're going to get pulled over. You broke the law and the cop caught you.

That's why you need to do 95 mph, because then they'll have to do 110 to catch you...and that is highly unlikely.

Sounds about right.

Good luck fighting it. If you win, I would reccomend using the money you saved to buy a decent radar detector. Mine has saved me more times than I can count. Also, keep an eye on those mirrors!
