Never been to a HIN before, is it worth going? Any of you guys going? I know there's a thread floating around here about a preparty the night before, but how many of you guys are going to the actual event in San Mateo?

 

Here's what to expect, A LOT OF HONDA'S and more honda's. There are a lot of almost half naked ladies, loud music and trailer queen cars. There are some FD's I just don't know if they are local or from elsewhere. I am still question mark if I am going, but the good thing is I don't have to pay.
Make sure not to bring your car there are a lot of incident in the parking lot cars being broken into.

 

I say its not worth it, but I'm not much of an "In crowd" type of guy. The cars usually don't stand out, but then its hard to compare anything to a seven...

 

Humm, so nobody? I mean, ya, a bunch of hondas whatever, but I'm sure they'll be other cars worth seeing...

 

well, I'm not a fan. Been to a few and haven't really seen anything super cool.

 

after last years ticket on the way in. il will pass i guess the 7 does stand out.

 

Go check it out anyways, who knows if it's different. It's been a few years, somebody has to have something different by now.

I remember seeing some cool German cars at the a few so you'll might see more of those. How did you like the last show you went to? I remember you saying you like it but whic one was your favorite car of the show.

 

I've been going to them since age 11. It was hard not to living right next door to it, and personally, thats what got me started liking the import scene.

Hey AGENDARX7, you didnt happen to have a white fc did you? Last year that I went I watched an fc AND an integra get pulled over at the same time.

And just to warn everyone. There is a police station RIGHT IN FRONT of the expo center, so it is highly advised that no one bring their nice cars and take the exit after ( I forget the name) bay meadows horsetrack, you'll stay away from alot of cops and most of the traffic.

i was running striaght pipe. loud very loud. they(cops) waited for me for like a block . o yeah not to mention the f'n white prime that glows in the dark. lol

I go because i know alot of people that participate in it, esp the models.

I was planin to enter my FC in the one in LA but i doubt ill have the car painted by then..

i could care less its not show spec.. i think a daily driven whip shows character.

You gotta go with someone who you know is down to go and just dont mind walking around. If you go with the wrong people, it will totally ruin your experience.

Its good to attend shows and what not, esp if you work in the auto scene, it builds up resumes knowing that you attend and are familur with the workings.
