yesterday I filled up my FD with 98RON, and it was €1.67 per litre,
which roughly translates into $8.69 per gallon.

Courtesy of the Dutch Government who raise 70% of the total price on taxes....

I don't know why I don't ride my bike to work now. I only live 4 miles from work. I used to ride 18 miles to work in Santa Monica... lol. I think it's because I was able to take the bike path to work and the "scenery" was nice along the beach. It would sometimes take me less time to get to Santa Monica on a bike than it did to drive.

Buying a 1997 Miata M edition to use as my DD since my FD keeps breaking down and gas is more expensive.

I take my Civic to work, maybe once a week I'll take the FC. It should not ever cost $40 to fill up a Civic

I drive probably 30 miles to get to work which really isn't too bad (especially since I get a short canyon on the way )

I come home that way. I leave early enough in the AM that the freeway is generally faster. Funny thing is, both routes are almost exactly 20 miles; less than a tenth difference.

Two gallons a day, basically.

What are you guys seeing? I need to buy an old insight. I refuse to drive a Prius, lol.
If you buy from Arco, or really cheap gas, be prepared to change your gas filter (PITA) every 2-3 Years, as cheap gas typically has a lot of gunk in it, since it's not top shelf stuff from the refinery....

Just FYI !

I jus paid 3.99 for 87 yesterday for the civic, i'm kinda glad the fc killed it self before the prices spiked haha

I was down in City of Industry a few days ago and 91 was around 4.30 per gallon...which is pretty crazy

it's pretty funny too the price of a barrel of crude has been going down the last few days but gas prices are still soaring...I should buy a gas station soon

I think a prius would smoke a insight and get good fuel economy at the same time

^^ They'll actually go sixty?

Every time I see one it's running 10 under the spped limit, & creeping up on stop lights like they're scared to let it stop rolling.

check this out, i live down the street from this gas station and since I have lived in this city it has always been ridiculously expensive. I don't know how they stay in business. All grades are above $5/gal now, I pass by frequently.
