Does anyone know how much it costs to do a V8 conversion on a second gen.
and anyone that can do a great job?

2.5-15k depending on what motor you use, i.e. Ford 5.0 or LS1. and how much you modify it before you put it in.

Don't like the idea of placing a big turbo in or porting the living crap out of the engine.

don't get me wrong guys, I love my rotary.

personally I think, droping a V8 would be a better option then turboin' or porting the rotary. (shorter engine life w/ porting or turboing)

Pistons in the 7 should be against the law..........but whatever floats your boat. After my motor blew some guy asked me if I was gonna put a v-8 in it.........I don't talk to that guy anymore.
