gross polluter charge won't happen. this day and age clean tailpipes is the way to go. just this week arnold talked again about cleaning our air and going green. fix the car or junk it and contact wackyracer for free towing.

It'd be a decent idea, but they should have a extent on how much you can pollute.

no rotarys throwing out 10 feet flames hehe

Also they should make you pay a pretty big yearly charge for the gross polluters license, and then use the money they get to plant moar trees

nice dream but it is not good enough to wake up with a hard-on and a wet dream.

IT AINT GONNA HAPPEN but if you're smart like me and Brad and all the old schoolers in general, you will get a pre-76 smog exempt car and a classic insurance so you dont have to worry about them rolling smog machines @ freeway on-ramps.

from a geological stand point california will always be tougher on smog mainly because of the mountain ranges and the valley basins that keep pollution collected specially in the OC and LA area. That and pluss the 10 million estimated people that live in just LA alone is enough for the state to keep tough regulations on car smog. We all knew what we were gettin ourselfs into before we got an RX7 so to b*tch about smog this or that is pointless. just be careful dont get caught up and just be patient and wait just like all the other "HOT ROD" guys who have their muscle cars with blowers or what not because the only thing we really legitamently haev to look forward to is when our cars become excempt because they are too old (that is if Arnold doesnt change that and screw everyone in Cali yet again)

I think a gross polluter's tax is a good idea.

$150/week. $2500/week if you live anywhere near me.
