just wondering if anyone knows of any other good spots to drift at or do some nice touge runs besides the usual ones. so far the only ones i know about are

- Otay Mountain (heading towards Mexico) is a good 4 hour run
- Heading from the 8 offramp to Julian (its about 1 1/2 hours long of nothing but turns)
- Palomar Mountain Area

those are the only ones that i know of. usually you can't really get through more than half without your breaks heating up to much you cant stop

 

Yeah....lets show a public forum all these run spots, edit your posts before you get flamed.

 

If you're having problems with brake fade on those runs then you really should look into fixing/upgrading your brakes.

 

This sounds smart....ugh. If you're pushing your car hard enough to get brake fade, on a public road with possible traffic, you really need to get to a track.

pretty much all the locals know of those spots. but now u did it. all the fast and the furious racers (ricers) are going to try to go there.
