ok so last thursay at my real estate class we were talking about discolsures and our instructor is the head of the real estate department of the county water and power or something like that... so anyway, a developer was trying to buy the land near their telephone poles in the Santa Clarita area (toward the end, the desert area) and he wasnt suppose to be at the meeting but showed up anyway just to see what was going on.. he said the map didnt fit on the table... it was like 6 feet long.. then, he noticed a big RED LINE going all over the map... they were having a technical discussion when he was on his way out and asked, "what is that red line??" the developer said, "oh, its only the San Andreas Fault"

WTF!!! i thought that was funny... their getting as close to it as they can! dont buy those new homes there unless you want to fall into a crack when an earthquake happens! and the developer was very confident they could sell all the homes...

haha.. i just thought that was funny because of the way he said it all relaxed...

 

what's so amusing about that.

 

i just thought that its crazy what people are doing to make money these day's and how he said without a worry that its the fault line and wasnt worried...


also, on the orignal post, it should be power poles instead of telephone poles
