front plate & fix-a-ticket
hey guys,
i got a citation for not having my front license plate mounted today (even tho it was on display on my dashboard; i know that doesn't count so don't flame me for that). it was on a parking citation for 25 bucks. i thought these were supposed to be fix-a-tickets
can i contest it? as in getting a bracket and mount it and show it to a chp and trying to turn it into a fix-a-ticket? this is really annoying. my friend whom i was hanging out with parked his car in my neighborhood and got the same thing. i hate these! why don't the cops go do something more productive and less petty with themselves

Birds can DRIFT YO...!!!!
iono about the parking citation, u might have to pay but i've gotten fix it tickets, jus gotta put the license plate on, get it signed and thats it, show ur ticket with the signed sig to a clerk wen u go to court and ur done. i don't remember if u have to pay or not, don't think so, only if u actually go see a judge, thats wen u have to pay the court fees, other than that, u shouldnt have to pay

Cops cruise airport parking lots daily looking for registration and equipment violations. If you leave any car anywhere more than 24 hours you can bet it's been scrutinized and had the plates run.
It's a "national security" issue and a revenue generator to boot.

****. you deserve more than that. you should be arrested, not cited, just being around.
