CA FD mysterious boost leak...

In another thread 20 people said it was the Charge Control Actuator. After my downpipe install we replaced it. And now the sound still remains. Could it be the butterfly valve/flapper in the Y-pipe sticking? Bad turbo? Bad solenoid?

From my last post:
"HELP!
Video:

Only mods are Apexi Intake, hks downpipe, & Radiator.

We checked intake/turbo piping. No tears! I know my airpump is bad cause after 3k.. it stops/sticks..then keeps going.
Following advice on the forums I've disconnected the air pump. Sound still remains however I can actually rev and hear my vented Bypass/CCV now.

If anyones local in the south bay area (I live in torrance). And wants to investigate let me know! This sucks.. I finally bought my dream car..and has yet to experience the full capacity of it!

I only get boost randomly in 1st. Sometimes 2nd and 3rd.. thats if i mash WOT or downshift from 4th to 3rd..it makes that odd sound and then the 2nd turbo comes on hard."

If anyone in Socal can steer me in the right direction, knows how to fix, or is local and down to help a brotha out. Please Please Let Me Know. Its had this issue since I first bought the car about 2 1/2 months ago.

Wow...sorry to hear about your boost issue. There are so many places to investigate. Check all of those darn check valves, stock BOVs and of course those vacuum hoses in the rat's nest which could be hard as a rock.

I feel your pain bro. My old FD had a million and one boost issues. Majority of them went away when I replaced the stock vacuum hoses with silicone ones.

Good luck!

Here is a useful diagram just in case:
