when doing the rebuild just take your time...don't miss match the housings... don't miss match the rotors...be gentle when pulling them out *** the most delicate part of the rotors is the corners...don't hammer the flywheel nut off use a breaker bar and the proper socket...and when you open the block use a rubber mallet...

TAKE PICTURES AND LABEL EVERYTHING!! I CAN'T STRESS THAT ENOUGH!! Seriously though. You don't know how long its going to be down. I'd like to see you try and remember where everything goes after a month of having it torn apart.

it depends at what stage your at...

is the moto in the car still

is the moto ready to be pulled out of thecar

is the moto out of the car but still has everything on it

is the moto out of the car stripped down and just needs to be cracked

cause if your in the last stage there believe me your not going to forget ****

does anyone have one of those engine stand adapters? could i borrow it? i was making a list of what i will need when i start and how i was going to hold the engine came up ><

For what??? a 5-gallon bucket is very useful like a vice-grip and a sawsall...very handy

ok cool..i will try that. one of my friends is a welder/ fabricator and he said if i can find measurements on where the wholes are on the stand he would make one. Any one know?
