Under control panel, there is a buddy/ignore feature. This may block PM's from people you don't want to hear from.

I have all of you guys blocked

 

you just think we're blocked. the truth is that we just don't PM you.

 

click on their user name , select 'view profile.' In the profile window, there's an option to "Add to Ignore list." It's on the right-hand side, under their avatar.


You'll see a screen like this (link) when you've finished.


I hope this will help you block the guy who's been bugging you. Hehehe...
