Dampening on TEIN HA's

I know i'm rambling a lot and i've posted a few "PLEASE HELP ME" bitching on the forums, but if you have some diagram or instruction manual on how to "ADJUST THE DAMPENING" on TEIN HA's coil overs, please hit me up too. Previous owner wasn't gracious enough to send that to me.

turn clockwise until it stops (use light pressure, it's a delicate mechanism they're using), then turn back (counterclockwise) 16 clicks, that's the 0 setting. I would go setting 1-3 for daily driving, 8 for track/mountain etc. don't go past 8 unless you have changed the original spring rates.

the total adjustment range is like 32 clicks, but only the upper 16click is the usable range, below that the shock has a progressive damping curve, it's a drawback for the type of adjuster they are using...
