CA CAR STOLEN: Los Angeles, CA

Hi Everyone,

My name is Alex Franceschi. I've been on this forum since 2004, although, I've been pretty MIA lately as I just finished graduate school here at UCLA. Well, in short my Rx7 was stolen Dec. 8th, Thursday night, somewhere between 9pm and 730am on the Intersection of Rose Ave and Overland Ave in Culver City, CA. Below are some pictures and videos of the car, and a list of some parts I had. There wasn't much worth stealing on the car, but there are a few parts worth mentioning. If you see anything anywhere can you please forward the information to me? I've had this car for 6 years and it has a lot of sentimental value. Thank you

I'm a Mechanical Engineer. Just finished my Masters program this week. I got my MS in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing and Design. This past month I've been flying around the country for interviews. I just got an offer from Toyota and hoping to hear back from Honda R&D. So, I've had all this good stuff happening until someone jacked my car :/ But what can ya do?

Quick release or not, if the thieves want it, they will find a way.

Thanks everyone, no word yet. Just waiting. If I don't hear anything by the new year, it's probably safe to say it's gone. We'll see, fingers crossed.

They found my car!!!! It was recovered in Marina Del Rey. My roommate picked it up for me because I'm in NYC right now for the holiday, but they didn't take any of my aftermarket parts. The only thing missing is my broken radio, my optima battery, and they broke the shift **** because they couldn't figure out how to get it off lol. But everything is still there! I can't to get back home to it. Thanks for everyone's concern and help. I can't wait to get this thing back on the road!
