anyone know of any electricians around here
hey well i'm looking for any electrician or someone that can repair a wire. because of my luck i bought defi d-gauge water temp about a year ago. after defi cancled them so im finding it impossible to find a repair for the sender wire (wire goes from gauge to water tank thing). it seems easy enough to just repair a wire, does anybody know if it'd work like that or am i just thinking too simple.

well it does fluctuate on the dial which means that the wire is bad. i'm assuming that the wires continuity is still there but not reading. i'll take pictures tomorrow.

no, it means there's a problem somewhere. maybe the sender, maybe the wire, mayb the gauge itself.
you can bring it by and i'll have a look at it if you want, but it's a hell of a drive. you might want to wait till i get down to el monte in a few weeks if you want me to look at it.
