I had a strange voltage issue that Steve couldn't figure out. During a pull voltage would dip to 12.5v then quickly rebound to 14.4v and maintain then dip again to 12.5v. Needless to say this is not a problem you can tune around. I also had a fuel pressure issue (fuel pressure dropping as RPMs climbed, and I had pretty severe ignition breakup.

I can report that my W/A injection worked well. Without an intercooler my IAT would drop into the 20C range when it kicked on, and would make the charge pipe cool to the touch. My engine also did very well from a coolant/oil temperature standpoint.

Now it is on to trouble shooting all the electrical issues.

Also to note...my windshield wipers do not turn on anymore. Another thing that could be related to my electrical issues. I am going to see if Ray Crowe has any chassis harnesses and maybe replace mine ($1500+). I am also going to reground every part of the engine, ground the battery to the starter and the starter to the alternator ground so there is good grounds to all major electrical components. I also think I am going to swap the jacobs unit I have with the HKS Twin Power and change out my fuel pump, while I rewire it as well.

I have come WAY too far with this car to give up now and I have really passed the point of no return. I can't sell a car that isn't working propery and I really don't want to part it out...so here we go again.

My car put down 319whp in one of the pulls but it ended at 6200rpm because of my issues. Steve really couldn't tune the power because of what was going on so I guess that is more of a baseline than anything. I did have a nice and smooth graph. A pretty straight line if you disregard the ignition breakup. It would have been really interesting to see what it would have looked like fully tuned.

My car put down 228 whp and 210 torque at 10 psi. Steve was pretty conservative on the tune.

Stock engine and intercooler, 550cc x4, full exhaust, profec b spec II, LT8-s.

Got the laptop adapter just in time on saturday, ain't no way in hell I wanted a tune only on the hand controller lol.

Not bad, I thought my engine wasn't good, because it blew black smoke after redline during the initial runs. Turns out that it was just running rich, and the smoke dissapeared after it was tuned properly. My vacuum at idle is 20+ inHg, which surprised me.

I was very satisfied, the car drives 100% better, no hickups while free-reving, and it drives like a stock car would. Power was smooth and boost was steady.
