ALMS should be much better next year, since people were dropping current developments for the new FIA2010 regs, leaving the past few seasons out to dry. If I remember correctly they basically are making one LMP class and one GT class.

Watching 8's do Rolex is great, but when you realize they're tube frame cars with crazy 3-rotors, you lose the connection between that and street cars. Plus, all that custom building and they struggle against the Porsches.

I think the BEST racing series in the US right now is KONI challenge, specifically ST. Tons of marques, lots of cars, and a real connection to OEM engineering.

But this is all a digression from F1! Back to the topic lol.



I think Shumacher will do okay, but given that he can't even get into the car until FP1, and that it's so different from the cars he's driven before, I don't expect him to come back and dominate out of the box. Let's also not forget that a big part of his success was a team run by Ross Brawn.

OK, call me crazy, but why the hell did the other teams vote unanimously to let Schumi practice a full day in the F60?!!! Crack is Wack!

Because it's Schumi. I be tthe FIA says no way in hell. Jamie Algusweringuchamininini had to show up and race, why the hell can't Schumi do the same? That bowlshiet right there.
